Douglas Audirsch is the Manager of Training and Development at Encore Health Resources. He is responsible for the creation and continued leadership of the training department at Encore. Douglas overhauled the new hire onboarding process, hired a team of Instructional Designers, purchased and implemented an LMS, organized and led a 3-day educational retreat, and created original online training content.
