  October 2008 - June 2012

  Instructional Design Created New Hire and Career Development training for department of 200+ people. Wrote content for self-directed, web-based training. Designed courses for Face-to-Face, Online Live and Virtual sessions. Training/Public Speaking Conducted 1-on-1 computer training customized for individual clients. Delivered technical training in a classroom environment. Represented organizations publicly at conferences and conventions. Consulting Advised clients on creating and building inside sales teams and marketing programs. Designed training programs outlines for future development.
